  • What is your return policy?

    You may return any device for which you are unhappy for up to 7 days after purchase, however, there will be a $20 restocking fee assessed.  Any device or product which is defective may be returned within those 7 days without fees.

  • Why are your prices cheaper than other retailers?

    We carefully choose our products and devices from reliable wholesalers with whom we have cultivated long relationships.  We also refurbish most devices in house which provides an advantage concerning costs.

  • How much is delivery?

    We offer local in store pickup and free shipping with orders over $250.  Shipping fees of $10 will be assesed to any packages under $250 in value.

  • Can I exchange items?

    You many exchange any item that might be defective.  However, it will be at the discretion of Tri-County Cellular whether or not to exchange the item or repair the item.

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    We offer gift certificates upon request.
